Since China entered into the WTO the motorcycle manufacturing industry has been involved in a profound revolution, that is, competitiveness has shifted from home market to international market. Brand name establishing, product individuation and variation become the dynamic innovative pursuit of those enterprises with high level administration and operation.Based on a large number of relative theories, this paper starts with an analysis of the current status of JL Group, trying to find the problems which lie in varied aspects of its market strategy, such as its sales structure and local distribution, market layout and expansion, information feed back system, sales targeting and the system of assessment and market supervision and inspection. Following these various problems of JL Group concrete measures on their improvement are raised on the basis of an detailed analysis of its internal and external market environment. Such measures include product restructuring, strategy of localization and information system perfecting and so on. Hope that my paper will be of some help to the development of JL Group.
