With the globalization of economic development, the competiton is becoming increasingly severe. In order to keep company`s advantage in the competiton, we must enforce innovative capability, increase degree of Product Quality, and at the same time, we have to reduce cost, maintain quality of product and good after-service. But Small Medium-Sized Enterprises must give up the projects in product development, because of the high risk.
