Past seven years has witnessed the great leap forward achieved by CQ Branch of CCB, however, because of China's joining of the WTO, its quickening steps of financial renovation and the continuing rapid development of GDP, CCB's marketing climate experienced great changes in the field of business. Under such conditions, the text below focuses on the macro-economic environment, on client resources, on financial policy and on the competence with its peers as well, by using the theory of current marketing and method of SWOT analyses. Meanwhile, it also discusses about internal organization framework, credited process, products structure and sales assembly. What's more, conclusion is provided in the text on the confronted advantages, disadvantages, opportunities as well as threats after thorough research.
