Credit risk is the main risk among bank's business activities. Credit risk accumulated by commercial banks is "hanging sword" in the sound operation of China's economy, and also one of problems in the financial reform. From the market point of view, the nature of credit risk of commercial banks lies in information asymmetry between enterprises and banks. Therefore, the causes and evasion analysis of credit risk under asymmetric information has important significance to credit risk management strategy.Learning from predecessors'results of related study and applying game theory and information economics theory comprehensively, this paper conducted a research on causes and evasion strategy of credit risk under asymmetric information. Firstly, it demonstrated current domestic and foreign research on the status quo and development. Secondly, it recalled the asymmetric information theory and expounded the bank's credit risk under asymmetric information, providing the following study the theory basis and framework for guidance. Thirdly, it conducted quantitative analysis and characterization of credit risk of commercial banks formation mechanism: on the basis of information asymmetry in after-borrowed money, this paper combining loan-to-ago asymmetric information, considered screening before loan and supervision after loan with as a dynamic process- a dynamic game of a two-stage process. Then based on the former result, it designed a screening mechanism carried out by the lending rates, mortgages and size of loans and an incentive mechanism on the optimal outcome of Game so that obtained main factors offering theoretical basis for guarding and avoiding bank's credit risk, particularly for dominant strategy. Finally, from the micro and macro aspects, it offered beneficial strategies and measures. Micro focused on analyzing from the perspective of costs, implementing dominant strategy in commercial bank and putting forth concrete operational measures.
