Nowadays innovation has become the mainstream of society and plays a tremendous role to economic development and national strength.College students have become an important part of innovation of army.They are also valued by the government and universities.The innovation team of college students is the main organization form of the innovation activities.For college students' innovation team,the importance of knowledge is self-evident.However,innovative activities are complex,systematic,and need the support of different knowledge.Of course,individual ability is not enough.Compared to the previous attention to enhance the ability of individual innovation,in recent years,College Students' innovation team began to receive more and more attention.This paper will draw on relevant research results of previous researches,and discuss the relationship among knowledge heterogeneity,knowledge sharing team conflict and the innovation performance.Finally,to build a conceptual model of the four variables and put forward the corresponding research hypothesis.Based on the questionnaire survey of 102 college students' innovation team,the concept model and research hypothesis were tested by using the correlation analysis and structural equation model.The results show that explicit knowledge heterogeneity and pseudo tacit knowledge heterogeneity has a direct positive impact on innovation performance,really tacit knowledge heterogeneity has a direct negative impact;at the same time,knowledge sharing plays some intermediary role between the two types of tacit knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance.On the basis of the knowledge sharing mediation model,it is further proved that team conflict plays a moderating role between knowledge heterogeneity and knowledge sharing.As a clear understanding of the path of the innovation performance of knowledge heterogeneity,it provides reference for the relevant recommendations.In this study,knowledge heterogeneity,knowledge sharing,team conflict and innovation performance are integrated in a model.According to the conclusions,suggestions for the formation of innovative team have been put forward,which has important guiding significance for the improvement of innovative team innovation performance.
