Study On The Construction Of Management System For Expressway Operation Enterprises

With the expressway enterprises playing a more and more important role in the socialeconomic activities, they are earning more widespread concern but also enduring more andmore people’s questions on management due to little standardization and transparency.Therefore, it becomes more and more important for them to improve their construction ofmanagement system, as well as the ability of operating them.In view of the complicated historical background and operating environment,strengthening the construction of management system on the level of corporate governance isbecoming more and more critical on improving their management ability so as to keep a longhealthy development. In the opening, this paper raises the key study point of the managementsystem based on the level of corporate governance. After elaborating that management systemof corporate governance should be oriented to the development of enterprise managementstrategy, with focusing on the construction of enterprise management system and combingwith expressway operation enterprise’s own characteristic, this article has summarized thecharacteristics of the expressway industry and expressway enterprises, In the main body, thispaper has made a detailed systematic analysis to a variety of Influencing factors playing roleon the management-development of expressway operation enterprises, with using strategicanalysis tools of "Pest" analysis, SWOT analysis, five forces competitive model analysis andcorporate stakeholder’s interest analysis. Based on the above analysis, this article has raised amanagement development strategy which is suitable to expressway operation enterprises.Then，this paper make a detailed demonstration to it.In summary, with the help of strategic management theory, system design theory, gametheory and other disciplines system, and also with the guidance of management developmentstrategic objective system, this article establishes a construction and improving frame for themanagement system of the expressway operation enterprise. At the same time, this articlealso makes a detailed analysis to some important management system and mechanism so as toensure much better targeted direction and innovation, and to achieve the purpose of refiningrelevant management system. This paper will make some reference value to the constructionof management system for expressway enterprises.
