Transportation is a pioneer of market economy, it can break through natural economy fetters, and enhance the rate of commodity and the space of the market. Since the distribution of productive forces imbalance has brought about the transportation resource imbalance on space. And then, the imbalance of transportation resources distrubution aggravates the economic growth imbalance, result in enlarging the Matthew effect between area. Road transportation is an important component of synthesis transportation system , is the basical industry and service industry of national economy. Therefore, in order to making an overall plan of the regional economy developing , it is important to study the space resource difference of the road transportation.Firstly, the thesis sums up the allocation of resources theories and regional economy theories, and brings up the concept of road transportation resource and the concept of road transportation resource space allocation, analyses the interrelation of road transportation and regional economy. Secondly, analysises concept, characteristic, influence factors and judge methods of road transportation resource space allocation, classifies and quantifies influence factors, sifts indexes out. Through principal components analytic method analyzes index weight, builds regression equations, gets the analytical model of road transportation resource space allocation difference. It is based on the model, analysis thorough present situation and the reason which cause the present situation reason. Finally, brings several ideas of optimizing a road transporting resource, establishes theory and practice basis of balanced development of road transportation.
