CPP International Project Procurement Management Strategy Research

CPP not only should be cognizant of relation and function among engineering,procurement and construction in international EPC project, but also train expert knowing EPC project management, as CPP develops international market increasingly and faces more and more EPC project. We generally speak that engineering should play leading role of international EPC project, however procurement management must be bridge between engineering and construction. No material act as base, it is impossible of success for EPC project. At present, a international project procurement cost is sixty-seventy percent of whole project, and play a important role. Procurement management not only haves key effect of making money, but also succeeding for project. Effective procurement management can indirectly rise CCP core competition ability international market, and extent international market development. So rising and understanding position and function for procurement management in international EPC project is completely essential and important.This paper stress to analyze CPP issue and shortage for procurement management from factual example and experience that CPP engage in EPC project for many years, as analyzing present CPP procurement management status, bring forward optimizing scheme for CPP procurement management.
