| With new technology continual improvement, China has becoming the largest center of manufacturing, more and more international companies set up their manufacturing centers in China, especially for IT industry. Under this situation, how to improve the speed of new product introducing from the design to mass manufacturing, reduce the impact of managing level and business culture from different countries, and make quality and cost under control at the same time, and increase the core competency of the company become very important.Corporation management should select different modes based on the corresponding culture of enterprises."Military to Civil"enterprises in China have particular configurations and management modes themselves. With the lack of right and effective managing methods in the process of new product introducing, it brings on longer R&D'time, higher cost, and instable quality. I'd like to discuss how to improve the production efficiency, how to reduce the cost and how to improve the competency of"Military to Civil"enterprises by taking PM and general quality management methods in new product introducing, using my knowledge of new product introducing management and my working experience. Also I'd appreciate if this paper could give a little affirmative suggestion to those who interest in researching new product introduction. |
