Research On Risk Management Of Long Distance Pipeline In Construction Phase

Along with the rapid economy development and increase in the needs of energy, the construction of long distance pipeline for the transportation of oil and natural gas is facing a new chance. The construction of long distance pipeline requires great amount of investment, long construction period, and involves lots of complicate technologies, besides, it also possess characteristics such as explosive and inflammables, and retains great risks, as a result, the study of risk management is very important.In this thesis, firstly, the development of risk management and studies on the risk management of long distance pipeline were introduced, and the importance of this study is illustrated. Then methods for risk identification, assessment, control and risk countermeasures are systematically summarized, in the end, this thesis expatiated the characteristics and program for the construction of long distance pipeline.This thesis utilized the methods and techniques of project risk management, combined with the characteristics and programs of construction of long distance pipeline, the risk management for long-distance pipeline construction is studied in-depth. WBS and AHP method formed the basis for risk identification, and expert mark and fuzzy aggregative risk assessment method were utilized for in-depth study, so as to analyze the risks'influence on project schedule, cost, quality and HSE target, and to take suitable supervision and countermeasures to minimize the risks'influence.In this thesis, a complete risk management system for the construction of long distance pipeline has been set up, those introduced risk management methods are concise and practical, and of great help to the risk management during the construction phase, they also can be applied to other phrases of the construction of long distance pipeline.
