Culture management is the highest level of enterprise administration, the competition of the highest level of modern enterprise is culture competition. Enterprise increasingly pays attention to the culture construction in order to achieve success in the competition. It is necessary for modern enterprise to train staff with high quality and construct excellent enterprise culture in attempting to strengthen the core competition and sustainable development. At the same time, enterprise culture is an important strategic resource for enterprise's survival and development, which is the most strategic and foundational and critical one among those factors constituting an enterprise's competition. Under the epoch background of economy globalization and knowledge economy, the enterprise's international and domestic competition is increasingly fierce. It is an important option for an enterprise to establish unique business culture in improving its operational management and strengthening the market competitiveness.Tianjin Wood Company is the first branch of Wood Group in China, during the developing process in China, Tianjin Wood Company pays attention to enterprise culture construction gradually, this research is intended to use the enterprise culture to guide its staff's behavior for strengthening the core competitiveness of the enterprise, providing continuous power for the group's sustainable development.Firstly a brief introduction is given to the related research of foreign enterprise culture as well as Chinese enterprise culture, then the important role of enterprise culture in enterprise development is described based on the basic theories. Meanwhile, a discussion and analysis are done on the present situation of Chinese enterprise culture as well as the problems, and a comparison is made on it with Euro-America enterprise culture construction, the experience of Euro-America enterprise culture construction is used for reference, as to the features of Wood Group and combining Chinese traditional culture, the enterprise culture construction of Tianjin Wood company is analyzed and researched, finally the specific and operable measures and approaches are presented. This paper breaks through the dependence of Chinese enterprise culture construction upon the western enterprise culture theory, and develops the deep influence of Chinese conventional culture on it specifically in the wish of providing a reference to the enterprise's practice.
