Research On Control Of Construction Of Embassy Project Abroad

Theoretic study links definitely with practical development and requirement. As an engineering worker for the diplomatic missions to other countries from China, the purpose of my paper (thesis) is to study the control of quality, progress and cost, the three major jobs (aims) of owner during the construction and their inter restrictions. At present, the academic study of international project is analyzed mostly from contractor's point of view, and this paper aims at expatiation from owner's point of view of basic theory of project for the diplomatic missions in combination with the comprehension in the author's work at the constructions of Chinese embassies and consulates to other countries, and attentive questions and their rational answers so as to assist in the owner's representative and supervisor for their reference on the jobsite.The way of thinking in the composition is that to depict terms of the contracts in the first hand; to analyse the peculiarity and difficult points of the progress, cost and quality article by article and find out the cause; Some questions were analyzed by using the theory available in the course of graduate student, in conjunction with information asymmetry, 6sigma, fighting in management etc .Chapter provides study of tri-restriction of progress, cost and quality of a project, try to help project managers to understand the characteristic of the restrictions under the circumstances of multi-domination and interleaving restrictions each other, look for rational control means to solve the inter tri-restrictions during the construction.
