In recent years, along with the continuously soaring price of our country real estate bubble become a hot topic of current society.Since May 2007,the subprime mortgage crisis of American has cause serious harm to the world economy.lt reminds us to understand soberly the current domestic real estate market situation,as soon as possible to take effective measures to prevent and resolve the harm that may be cause by real estate bubble burst.This article is under this background An Empirical Study of the real estate market bubble situation in hefei.In this paper, through discussion, clearly a bubble and the content of the bubble economy, with the real estate market characteristics, clearly the meaning of the real estate bubble, the real estate bubble of the causes and hazards after the bubble burst.
