With the rapid development of Chinese economy when entering into 21 century, Mobile communication has gained rapid development while mobile phone is becoming the most rapid and familiar with high-tech communication's products, not costliness any more for common people to get, which has gradually become to popular life necessary.Since 2002 China has become the first mobile phone market and the biggest mobile phone manufacturing base in the world according to the high development in the last several years. The absolutely leading position occupied by overseas brand mobile phone manufacturer has been greatly changed while domestic mobile phone manufacturer under policy and marketable drive did create resplendence and take possession of half of the country of mobile phone market. With gradual maturation of mobile phone technology, the mobile phone market has being tended towards vehemence but domestic mobile phone manufacturer dropped from peak to trough in the last two years.The evolution course of Amoi mobile phone rightly is the true portraiture of domestic mobile phone manufacturer's growth. The article expounded the problems of domestic mobile phone manufacturer in the development course by research on competitive strategy and analysis of macroscopical and microcosmic environment. Through using Porter Model and analysis of market occupancy rate, the article brought forward marketable position of Amoi mobile phone. Amoi should adopt research strategy on new product to realize difference of mobile phone product in order to get better product with marketable attribute, as well as strategy of cost keeping ahead in order to get stronger product with marketable competition. In the end Amoi should reassume relevant tactic and measure to carry out Amoi mobile phone's goal of making up the deficits and getting surpluses.
