Domestic mobile phones of china have achieved stellar success, but while faced the competition from foreign brands, the defects of its own brand, technology and other aspects, making Chinese made mobile phone brands in recent years, gradually lost its former glory.3G era, greatly shortening the domestic brand and the technology gap between foreign brands, so that competition stood in the same starting line. This requires the domestic brands should do channel innovation.In this paper, Amoi cell phone is the research object, from study Amoi company’s internal and external environment, analyzing the Amoi company’s own strengths and weaknesses, and in which opportunities and threats, and we can know the crucial reason and problem of Amoi cell phone company. We also could make some ways how to improve the channel model of Amoi Cell phone Company. In this basis, this paper discusses the company’s channel, and combines the theoretical and practical data on the company’s channel, and builds its own proposals as reference for other brands of china.This paper puts forward specific measures and recommendations about the construction of domestic brand mobile phone channels as a channel for the building of Chinese made mobile phone reference. In the3G era, the domestic mobile phones companies will win in the channels and reform the Chinese market.
