Research On Performance Evaluation System Of The Government Procurement

The Government Procurement has been applied in China, but the performance measurement system of it has not been set up . For establishing and improving the performance measurement of the Government Procurement, we should make deep-in research on the theory and practice about it.This paper is to look for answers to he following questions. Why should the performance measurement be applied in the Government Procurement? Who can measure the performance of the Government Procurement? How to establish an appropriate performance evaluation system of the Government Procurement? How to take proper techniques and models of performance evaluate in Chinese Government Procurement? On the basis of the analysis of theory and the implementation status of Chinese Government Procurement, this thesis tries to answer these questions and tries to find out ways to promote the Government Procurement.
