The research that enhances performance of the top management group is a long-term development and strategic significant topic. This paper established the efficient operational model of the top management group through analyzing the factors of the top management group performance; the enterprise improves modern enterprise decision-making and enhances the top management team performance through the use of the model.This paper recollected three administration model of the top management team, and made induction analyses, at the same time it elaborated managing element's theory and demonstration studies of domestic and foreign. It established the efficient operational three-dimensional model of the top management team on the basis of the study, and suggested that we manage team including team construction and team decision-making and team maintenance.The team construction includes two parts, one is team structure that all members of team change the role. First, The team leaders make the role fix position, change mechanics and focal point of the work; Second, other members change them from the manager into the operator and train self's entrepreneur quality; Last of all, Team members raised the basic quality requirements. The other is the team composes, the members of team forms the science and complementary team in age, knowledge, abilities, professional.The core work of TMT is to make various decisions. The focus work of the team is the contents of the decision-making and decision-making mechanisms. The focus of the team work is the accuracy of the decision-making contents, the rationality of decision-making process and the scientific principle of decision-making.This paper suggested team management including enterprise vision, corporate culture, team conflict management and team Incentive and restraint mechanisms on the basis of previous research on the team maintenance.The main innovation of this paper lies at making more operational and scientific three-dimensional model of the TMT managementThis paper made scientific merge and adjustment on many factors and established more concise integrity operational model of the top management group on the basis of the analysis of the predecessors for the top team management model. The model suggested the TMT management systems consisted of input , process and output, the input part including the external and internal operating environment of enterprises, part of the process including team-building, team decision-making and the team maintain three dimensions, the output part is the TMT operating results, including the choice of business strategy, business performance and improve of team cohesion.
