The Research On Technology-based Start-up Training Needs Of Entrepreneurship

This study is from the point of view that is Science and technology-based start-up entrepreneur's ability constitutes act on enterprise development, and composes of the government construction based on science and technology-based start-up entrepreneurs of ability, as well as the possibility of training system of ability which concerns about enterprise development. Through improving science and technology-based start-up entrepreneurs' comprehensive ability, so that can achieve in the public administration ways and means that drive new business development.The main contents include: the ability system of science and technology-based start-up entrepreneurs, as well as the relationship between the development of enterprises; the technology-based start-up entrepreneurs' ability constitutes of two different types of manufacturing and R & D-type, the relationship between enterprise development as well as the state of ability demands; the comparison. Of training needs for ability between manufacturing and R&D-based technology start-up entrepreneurs.Through this study, we draw five conclusions:1. In the initial phase of the enterprise, manufacturing and technology-based start-up entrepreneurs' ability constitutes has two aspects, including the necessary ability and the extent ability. The necessary ability is constitute of the basic ability of enterprise management, the overall ability of enterprise management, the internal management capacity, strategic management and corporate culture ability, and the extent ability is made of the marketing ability and the ability of social and political.2.In the initial phase of the enterprise, the ability of the R&D-based technology start-up entrepreneurs is constituted of the basic ability of enterprise management, the overall ability of enterprise management, the internal management capacity, strategic management and corporate culture ability, the marketing ability and the ability of social and political, and all these ability is required.3. The manufacturing and R & D-based technology start-up entrepreneurs have general demands on the training of enterprise management and operating ability, the management. The lack of Entrepreneurs" management and operating abilities are the important factors of the survival and development of technology start-up enterprises in Hangzhou.4. On the demand aspect of training, between Manufacturing and R&D technology-based start-up entrepreneurs, there are only a few individual differences, there is no major difference overall. Between these two groups, all entrepreneurs" training needs on the following 39 ability indicator of 7 dimensions are reached 90%.5. For the science and technology-based start-up entrepreneurs' ablity training system which construct by the government, the problem we provide training to entrepreneurs has been widely welcomed.
