A Study On The Qualities And Training Models Of Entrepreneurs

Nowadays there are economic globalization all over the world. We can obviously figure that entrepreneurial activities have been the strong power for a country to keep prosperity. These entrepreneurial activities are even considered as the national asset and secrete economic weapon by a lot of American scholars.Entrepreneurial phenomenon and the research about entrepreneur theory in China just stay in the elementary phase. Domestic scholars focus on the introductions and descriptions of entrepreneurial phenomena and behaviors. A lot of entrepreneurs nowadays have accelerated the social development directly and indirectly. However, the number and quality of them are still dissatisfactory as a whole. So it is important and worthy to summarize the common qualities of entrepreneurs and the education modes of their qualities.The subject is discussed in five parts. Firstly, we talk about the common characters of successful entrepreneurs. The characters are classified into physical qualities, psychological qualities, capability qualities and knowledge qualities. This part becomes the theoretic basis of this thesis. Then we do surveys to try to find out shortage and emphases of those qualities. In the third part, the influence factors are illuminated including family, education and entrepreneurial environment. Then we supply different kinds of education modes. Lastly we deeply emphasize the social and government support systems that are vital to the training of entrepreneurs.In this thesis, we build up a set of entrepreneurs’ qualities. This enriches the entrepreneurial theory to some degree and has its theoretical significance. In the part s of practical significances, this research results can help venture capital companies to choose the best entrepreneurs and projects. Besides, we supply the some education modes for entrepreneurs to improve themselves and some suggestion about how to build up the healthy environment to train entrepreneurs.
