Studies On Construction Of The Agricultural Products Logistics In Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture

Since agriculture and rural economy development of our country has entered the new stage, and with the fast development of the national economy and enhancing in the agricultural product market and trade liberalization, thus it had the intrinsic demand to the modern agriculture product logistics. It plays an important role in the increasing of our country's economy which involves the economy operation efficiency and operation quality, and which relates the fundamental benefits of the farmers. Solving the outstanding contradiction between agriculture production structures and marketing requests in the conviction of economical system, increasing farmers' incomings, and setting up a modern logistics system plays a sound role in cracking with the 3 big issues on agriculture and increasing the integrated competitive strength on agriculture. But the current development of agri-products logistics, either the research on theory or the practical impact, is far under the developed country's beneath which has been a big barrier to the development on both the agriture and the agriculture economy. On this background , the issue, divided into 5 parts, on the construction of agri-products logistics' system in the state of western Hunan province, which takes a method of combination of formal analysis and sample-practice analysis on whole , mixed with identity-confirm analysis and size-confirm analysis, mainly put some light on the following issues: the identification of the essence of agri-products, the characteristics of construction of agri-products' logistics, the experience and enlightment on the construction of agri-products' logistics system both at home and broad, and the current situation , structure and advice for construction of agri-products' logistics system in the state of western Hunan province. What's more, this issue also puts some light on the system which suits construction of agri-products' logistics system in the state of western Hunan province for the present agricultural situation, that is, the system of agri-products' logistics which is the conbination of asssociation of farmers and the leading agricultural enterprises as the convex, using the modern retailing market as a priority, concerning the advanced current technique and equipment as the center. Also this system is the combination of both the new coming channel of logistics and the formalized traditional channel. I hope this issue can make some diffence on the decision-making of the local government and enterprises.
