Government procurement system is an important element in public financial management system, is the implementation of market economic system to administer the country's basic means of management expenses, as well as is the norms of financial expenditure management, financial resources to save the most direct and effective one in line with international practices of the financial system at this stage in our country, and its promotion of clean government and better macro-control has played a significant and far-reaching significance.Changchun City is the earlier capital cities to implement the government procurement system since 1999, although there are still deficiencies in the current government procurement system,, we need to further improve it, but it's development is the integrity of the building far-reaching implications to China's government procurement system. this article is based on the Changchun municipal government procurement system to study the implementation of the status quo, and on this basis, give the solution for improving the Changchun municipal government procurement system.
