Research On The Evaluation And Selection Of The Innovation Model Of Industry-University-Research Cooperation In WG Group

With the continuous progress of science and technology and the ever-changing knowledge economy,scientific and technological innovation has become the main force to promote social development.The development of science and technology no longer relies solely on unilateral efforts,but requires multilateral cooperation and joint efforts.Under the background of this time,the innovation of industry-university-research cooperation is more and more paid attention to.For WG group medical instrument companies,such as the industry itself has a multidisciplinary cross fusion,new and high technology intensive characteristics and industrial characteristics itself determines the importance and necessity of cooperative innovation of.WG group into the strategic transformation period in 1998,always adhere to actively absorb foreign advanced technology to strengthen independent research and development ability,at the same time pay attention to the development road of cooperation study,cooperation of production,study and innovation to promote the development.However,from the present situation,the cooperative innovation model of industry-university-research cooperation has formed a certain obstacle to the current development.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies this issue.Based on the above background,this paper selected the WG group as the research object,first of all,in view of the current study of cooperative innovation of background,theoretical knowledge and the research status at home and abroad are summarized;On the basis of understanding the general situation of WG group and the innovation development course of its industry-university-research cooperation,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by WG group are analyzed through SWOT analysis.From the inputs,the output elements,conditions,three dimensions to build index system,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine weights,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the WG group production-study-research cooperation innovation mode at present stage,the evaluation results is good;Finally,based on the evaluation results,the author puts forward some Suggestions on the adjustment and guarantee of the innovation model of the cooperation and innovation of WG group in the future.According to the evaluation results of cooperative innovation mode of WG group,combined with the path of cooperative innovation mode of,according to the principle of market-oriented principle,concreteness,pertinence and operability principles,the paper proposes some Suggestions to improve the WG group production-study-research cooperation innovation mode is as follows:perfecting the technology innovation system,strengthening the innovative talents cultivation,increased investment in innovation,strive for policy environment support.Although this article has obtained certain achievements,but there are still some shortcomings,such as the index system construction of subjective,problem analysis,in-depth,proposed strategy needs further verification,etc.,hope in the future study to cover.
