Comparative Study On The Relationship Between Economic Growth And Foreign Trade Of Domestic-funded Enterprise And Foreign-funded Enterprise

We have made a great achievement on the foreign trade for about 30 years since opening up. It has promoted our economic growth greatly. As the frontier of opening up, Guangdong province is an outstanding example on the foreign trade. The enterprises to do foreign trade in China are not only domestic-funded enterprise but also foreign-funded enterprise. Even foreign-funded enterprise is more than domestic-funded enterprise. Usually foreign-funded enterprise does foreign trade by a trade approach which is different with domestic-funded enterprise. There are great differences between our foreign trade's situations and the assumption of the theory of foreign trade promoting economic growth. Is the foreign trade of two different enterprises do the same to the economic growth? To understand this question is very significant to achieve the transformation of the mode of foreign trade development.The papers regarded Guangdong province as the representative of China, private enterprise as the representative of domestic-funded enterprise. The papers researched the relations by the method of analyzing net exports and Regression Analysis, which between the foreign trade of private enterprise and foreign-funded enterprise and economic growth of Guangdong province.
