Study On SMEs Clustering Development In Shandong Province

Small and middle enterprises (SMEs) are cells and microcosm-positions of the market. They decide whether the market is competitive, and can provide me opportunities to develop social intelligence and resources. They are also the main body of the innovation of science and technology, so they play a very important role in the development of science and technology through continuous exploring and trying. Now the relationship between the supply and demand in our country's market has changed. Many industrial products have changed from a seller's market to a buyer's market. Facing the pressure, the survival environment for SMEs is more and more deteriorative. One effective way to solve the problem is to prompt the cluster of these enterprises.In the beginning, the present situation of SMEs Clusters in Shandong is analyzed. Some evaluating indicators are selected to evaluate the competitive strength by Principal Component Analysis(PCA). The problems existed in the SMEs Clusters in Shandong province are analyzed. Then, according to the problems, what should we do to promote our SMEs Clusters sustainable development? On one hand, the governments, industry associations and scientific research institutions should play their role to promote the SMEs Clusters' development, and they should adopt corresponding policies to promote the development of SMEs Clusters in Shandong province quickly. On another hand, the SMEs should improve its own competitive power by means of adopting Third Party Logistics(TPL), science and technology innovation, green manufacturing and cluster culture.
