Although the industrial cluster development model in China has made remarkable achievements, but in how long upgrade and maintain the core competitiveness of industrial clusters, is still inadequate in many aspects.Competitiveness of industrial clusters is the current research in the field of academic research is an important issue. Based on the study abroad industry cluster theory and the theory of competitiveness of industrial clusters overview of the analysis carried the connotation of industrial clusters competitiveness. Simultaneous analysis of the main factors affecting the competitiveness of industrial clusters through the relevant literature, on this basis, taking into account the scientific evaluation design principles, the principle of comprehensiveness system, qualitative and quantitative principles, practical principles, the principle of comparability, dynamic the principle of selecting 17 index evaluation Yu Lin City magnesium competitiveness of industrial clusters from Yu Lin City, cluster size magnesium industry clusters, cluster competitiveness cluster efficiency, cluster innovation capability, clustering capabilities in five areas.
