Analysis Of Impact Factors On The Oil-bearing Industry

Oil-bearing crops is the traditional staple agricultural product of china, and also the important source of vegetable fat and protein in our country. Oil-bearing production is playing a important role on national economy and social development, Becoming one of the major factor to promote sustainable development in agriculture.With the fast development of ecnomic, increaseing on income and population as well as the effect on trade liberalization since 1990's, the need for the oil-bearing and the product of processing increased remarkably , which promoted the development of oil processing industry and import trade.The oil-bearing industry of our country is facing opportunity and challenge , but the present situation of domestic oil-bearing industry is following: the production of oil-bearing industry increase slowly,but the import of oil-bearing especially the soybean imports is increasing quickly. The capacity of oil-bearing process is in a excess of need,but the import is in a situation of increasing. From that we can see that there exsist incoordination on the link of production,procesing and trading.How to coordinate the relationship among these factors ,how to make them be mannual beneficial,and how to make good use of the oilseed source will be a new measure promoting the development of the oil-bearing industry.Firstly this paper introduce the concept of international competitiveness , then respectly introduce the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of competitive advantage.then introduce the definition of the oil-berring indurstrial competitiveness ,and its relations with comparative advantages .we can provide the theoretical surport for the following oilseeds competition analysis through theoretical analyze of competition.Secondly, this paper introduce the present situation of production, processing and trade on oil industry. Including the acreage of oil-bearing crops, the yield, potential of increasing yield, the supply and demand of vegetable oil market, the oil industry's development trends, the present situation of oil trade, trade policy and trade trends. Through looking back the situaation of our oil-bearing industry can help us know the past of oil-bearing industry.Thirdly, through accounting the international oil market share and trade competitiveness index, the paper analyze the situation of international competitiveness on the changes. Taking the rapeseed, soybean and peanuts as example, Analyzing the facors which influence the international competitive according the production model and the import model ,to identify the impact factors of international competitiveness on our oil-berring industry .Finally, this paper gave some advices on enhacing the international competetive of oil-berring industry based on the analysis ahead.
