Research On Industrial Structure Optimization Under Environment Restriction In Jiangsu Province

Industrial structure is closely related with economic growth, resource utilization and environmental pollution. Therefore, industrial structure optimization inffluences the quality and sustainment of economic growth. Considering the lack of resources, energy shortages and environmental pollution, research on industrial structure optimization under environment restriction in order to realise sustainable development in the process of industrial restructuring is extremely important for any country or region.The rapid economic growth in Jiangsu Province caused immense environment pressure. As a result, the amount of restuictions in energy supply, environmental bearing capacity and environmental resources is increasing. According to the stage requirement of domestic economic development, this paper take energy consumption and environmental pollution for study and seek appropriate industrial structure to promote continuous industrial structure optimization under environment restriction in Jiangsu Province. And the research also provide a theoretical basis for industrial structural adjustment policies.This paper is based on the industrial structure theory and sustainable development theory . It begins with the analysis of the industrial structure and its inffluence on energy utilization and environmental quality. Then build a input-output model of multi-objective including three goals and six bounds in order to analysis how to achieve a coordination of economy and environment under environment constraints through optimizing the industrial structure. And advise developmenting industries in sequence according to the model results in order to provide a theoretical basis to industrial structure adjusting. Finally, build a conservation-oriented industrial structure based on the results of empirical analysis. And try to find the ways to build a conservation-oriented industrial structure with the considering of industrial choice, cycle-oriented producing, moderate consumption and environment-friendly trade structure.
