Sustainable management is one kind of activity that the base view of which is sustainable development. Sustainable management of forest park is not only pure commercial action, but also a collection of land management, capital management, product management and industry management. The aim of management is sustainable development, which contain tourism resource management, tourism market management and reformation of organizations and system and so on.TianZhu Mountain forest park is located in southwest of AnHui Province. It has advantage in forest tourism conditions such as rich forest resources and geomorphology construction etc. It became another resort followed "Two-Mountain and One-Lake" area. The author surveyed deeply management state of TianZhu Mountain forest park and used the tourist satisfaction analysis, tourist capacity analysis, tourist source survey, SWOT analysis and so on to analyse its advantage and inadequate. Tourists was satisfied with tourism facilities, but service need to be improved; The number of tourist is increasing year by year that give a great pressure to the ecological environment. So we need develop new tour areas and improve tourism line. The tourist source from HuBei Province is higher than that from AnHui Province. The proportion of tourist from Changjiang River Delta and foreign was increasing. The internal tour cost is lower, and has a larger space to promote.Finally, sustainable management strategies were put forward based on the principle of sustainable development, such as landscape forest construction, ecological compensation mechanism, tourism plot, tourism expansion and so on.We should take the integrated measures combinated tending with transformation for landscape forest management, and pay attention to seasonal change, the ratio between evergreen trees and deciduous trees, coniferous-leaved and broad-leaved trees, and to the combination of arbor, shrub and grass, and to the prevention of fire, diseases and insect pests.On the ecological compensation, we not only give the compensation to the workers of the forest farm and the fanners whose cultivated land are occupied in the scenic spots, but also lead them to the rich road by the tourism.We must pay attention to the religious, historical and culture, science value etc. of Tianzhu mountain when we plan travelling so that we can have the ability to compete with the Huangshan Mountain and Jiuhua Mountain nearby.We should develop different tourism product according to different people and areas in tourism market. Tourism commodity should be developed diversely.TianZhu Mountain forest park had gone through 5 times organization reform. At present, tourism company was founded by the Management Committee, but it was not full separation from government.Furthermore, we need to explore a way of management right transfer, and should comply with the principle of sustainable development about talent cultivated in TianZhu Mountain.
