Modern society is a society full of competition. It is also a personality society. But it more is a cooperation time. International 21st Century Education Committee raised in the information age to learn the four pillars:in the "learning - the Treasure".Learn to study, learn to do, learn to live together, learn to behave. China's classic novel of education "Study Records" says"Study alone and know little"stressed the learners should cooperate in the learning process. This shows whether a person has a spirit of teamwork has been the availability of its success. Particularly in the areas of business, team spirit is especially important. How to develop students'team spirit is an important thing in front of the educators."E-commerce" is a new course,.It not only has new teaching contents and new concepts of education.More importantly, it has new learning methods. As the e-commerce has the feature of "the new technology, the wide field of vision, strong practical", this subject is no longer a simple e-commerce to teach knowledge and train skills.The more important thing is to develop students in information literacy.In the 21st century,particularly the Internet is connected with the campus network,provide rich resources for school. Network teaching become a reality. This computer networks and communication technologies are entering the teaching of e-commerce, has greatly enhanced the efficiency of teaching. This thesis based on the concerned theory and discussed the advantages that Internet and campus network support the teaching of the e-commerce.It Put forward a new idea and highlight the importance of changing learning methods.To master learning methods is far more important than to learn knowledge itself.Meanwhile, develop the habit of cooperative learning, which is also an important means of raising information literacy.This thesis uses document retrieval method, action research method, survey and research method and comparative method etc.During the co-teaching course,design the establishment of the business site as teaching case.Through the result comparison in experimental classes and regular classes,we get the conclusion that using the network cooperative method can effectively improve teaching results and the students. The post-test analysis shows that the use of network learning can improve students'interest in e-learning and improve students'learning enthusiasm,initiative,enhance their independent and cooprative learning ability.The thsesis concludes the following five parts:The first part,the research background,the status quo, meaning, purpose and the method.The second part,the cooperative learning web-based environment meaning, the basic elements, the theory and so on.The third part ,the cooperative learning web-based environment on the application of e- commerce。It's principles of design, the general pattern and the general problems.The fourth part,the research in practice, this is the core of the thesis.Including the basic teaching practice, the case of the implementation process, the analysis of the results, and last put forward some problems we should pay attention to in teaching.Use traditional teaching in regular classes and cooperative learning in the experimental classes. Through comparative study,compare the module test results,analyse the survey.The cooperative learning method can significantly improve their practical skills,stimulate the students'interest and enhance the autonomy of students.The fifth part, summarize the research result and make the follow-up study on the subject in future.Nowadays information techonology is developing rapidly, network-based cooperative learning as an effective method of teaching methods, being more and more used by first-line educators. This thesis hopes to provide possible instruction for various types of vocational schools.
