Research On The Guiding Role Of Industrial Planning In Urban Planning

Urban economy is the core of the regional economy, and its development plays an important role in the progress of both regional economy and national economy. The development of urban economy depends on the city's industrial competitiveness, and the latter relies on the coordination of city functions. Therefore, a reasonable layout of the city has significant influence on urban economy. However, in reality, due to the lack of industry-oriented planning in city planning, industrial layout of the city is very unreasonable and causes many problems. This paper mainly studied the guiding role of industry planning in urban planning, aiming to explore ways to solve the currently common situations of unreasonable urban layout, to optimize city functions, and to promote progress in urban economy.This paper first briefly introduces the basic theories and main problems of industrial planning and urban planning.In terms of the relationship between industrial development and urban development, we analyze the basic relationships between them. On the basis of the above, we further discuss the guiding role of industrial planning in urban planning.The pivotal content of the paper is how industrial planning plays the guiding role on urban planning. And we develop our discussion on three aspects. First, we deeply analyze the basic theory of industrial planning and how it guides urban planning. Secondly, we mainly discuss the fundamental mode about how industrial planning influences urban planning in details. Finally, we focus on a classical case. Due to lack of the guidance from industrial planning, the development of urban planning at Baotou is not well-off. In the case, we figure out the reasons, forecast the further development and analyze industrial composition. Furthermore, we give a plan for the future development of urban planning, especially emphasizing the effect of industrial programming.This paper involves knowledge of many subjects, such as industrial planning, urban planning, economics, geography and so on. It also involves some new research areas such as recycling economics.
