Quantitative Analysis Of The Influence Of Technical Progress On Industrial Structure

To promote the increase of economy is the reason and base why the technical progress exists here. The industry structure plays another important role in promoting the increase of economy. The different industry structure have different effect which result in different progress of economy,on the contrary ,it is the same thing. It is no doubt that reasonable industry structure can bring a better economy. The technical progress and industry structure is the two most important reasons which can promote the increase of economy, especially, the technical progress.Basically speaking ,the form or decompose or naissance of industry is result of the technological progress .If there is no the technological progress ,there is no the progress of industry .To explore the mutual relationship between the technological progress and the industry structure ,it is the only way to achieve the improvement of economy by the way the technological progress promoting the industry structure .So it is eager to measure the relationship in an quantitative way .It is the aim of the text .The research roots the sub subject that " the quantitative analysis of impact of the input of science and technology on the economic growth " of the national plan during the State's Tenth Five-Year Plan period .The text adopts the method of the function of production .Based on the data of science and technology and the industry structure from the year 1952 ,not only the author analyze the quantitative relationship between the technological progress and the industry structure deeply ,but also compare the status of the technological progress and the industry structure between the State and Hubei province specifically and elaboratively.The result of the quantitative research indicate :the technological progress can hasten the optimize and upgrade of the industry structure effectively ,in reverse , the reasonable industry structure can accelerate the technological progress ,whereas ,the non-reasonable industry structure will hold back the optimize of the industry structure .In a word ,we must promote the upgrade of the industry by the way of the progress of technology ,on the other hand ,we must control the right adjustive way of the industry structure .It is an effective and maybe the only way to achieve satisfied aim .
