The institution of minimum wage,which is the necessary result of the development of market ecnomy and modern wage institution,has been one of the legal methods with which governments macro-control .In the new sitution,as an important part of the legal regime in our country,minimum wage institution reflects the requirment of human rights value and harmonious society. The improvement of minimum wage institution aims at the security of workers'basic life and development right.In the views of citizens'basic rights,it embodies the atlentions law pays on human right.Meanwhile,the institution is also the foundation of harmonious society.The institution of minimum wage in western countries can give us many important suggestions in bulding it.The minimum wage institution improves a lot in our country untill now.Rules of minimum wage,which can represent nowaday institution,is more operative and protects workers'legal rights more efficient than before.However,there are some defects in minimum institution in our country,which need to be removed by improve legislation grade and standardizing institution.The kernel of minimum wage institution is to regulate the standard of minimum wage .Particularly,the standard of munimum wage must be improve since it is too low at present in China.At the same time,there are a lot of difficulties when it is executed.As a result,the enforcement strength,propaganda level and supervision must be strengthenzd to make sure the minimum wage institution develops healthy and harmoniously.
