With the development of our economy and outward open, the famous brand business has made a great progress and formed the evaluation and affirming system. At the same time, some activities have been developed to evaluate and cognize these famous brand products in different classes. But some limitations occur in this system, especially in the regional evaluation.At the present time, a lot of scholars have done some studies from different views. On the basis of these studies, this thesis studys the famous brand products of Shandong province in 2008 through reviewing literature, describing status,using theory, investigating and analyzing information.Taking the liqueur for example, the thesis compares the evaluation and the results of investigation, analyze the limitation in this system, and put forward some measures.First of all,the thesis reviews the present situations of brand evaluation study abroad and at home, some concepts, theory and evaluation that domestic and foreign scholars had got. It also introduces the situation of domestic liqueur evaluation, including the system, criterion and development of evaluation.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the information which got from the investigation at different levels and regions. Then it compares the evaluation and the results of investigation. According to the data analysis,we can see that evaluation results are generally in line with the investigation. So the whole evaluation process and system are scientific. But the differences demonstrate the process or criterion is Imperfect.At last,based on the data analysis and the situation of liqueur industry development,the paper assess and improve the evaluation processe and system of famous brand in Shandong Province. Aspects in the evaluation processe,it should increase consumers participation and expand projects to rank business. Aspects in the evaluation program,it should focus on the details of the satisfaction measurement and quality evaluation. In addition,the govement should target their own role in the evaluation process, not give a transitional intervention.The recognition of famous brand products is investigated in Shandong province for the first time, which is the innovation of this paper. The thesis defines actual market acceptance degree of various brands through investigating the popularity and reputation of them from the consumers' view. So this work is very meaningful.
