A Study On Circular Economy Development Of Chinese Chemical Industry

As an important raw material industry in national economy, chemical industry plays a very important role in the national economic construction. In the meanwhile, chemical industry is a typical traditional economy-developing mode, which is disobedient with the tenet of sustainable development in today's society. As we know, chemical industry is a high resources and energy consuming and heavy environmental polluting industry, which causes serious waste of resources and destruction to environment. However, with these characters, chemical industry is also the most potential industry for the development of recycling economy. To achieve this mode, establishing chemical industry development mode based on circular economy is of utmost importance of the whole social economy.It is a very important task that how to change the only way of terminal pollution control, to use natural resources reasonably, to carry out whole process control on industrial pollution, to keep Chemical industry customable development and to take a new way in industrialization. Based on the meaning and fundamental principle of recycling economy, this paper analyzed the theory of circular economy firstly. It introduced its concept and theories, three modes of practice. Furthermore, the paper concluded both domestic and overseas dynamic of study and the applications, such as DuPont Chemical Company of America, Kalunfort of Denmark and the circular society of Japan and German. Combine with the current situation and problem of our national chemical industry; promote the rational mode of circular economy development by setting up chemical industrial parks, including designing industry chain mode, production mode, technique mode and policies mode: (1) industry Chain mode, use the characteristics of chemical industry through various components of ecological industrial chain network, forming chemical projects Chain; (2) production mode, promote clean production and a green management in park; (3)technique mode, promote environmental harmless technologies, including cleaner production technologies and integrated waste management technology; (4) policies mode, establish rules and regulations to protect the entire park to promote the development of circular economy. Then set up a system for the chemical industries recycle economic indicators and evaluation methods to evaluate the above mode. Finally, based on Henan Province Soft Science Research Plan Projects, take salt chemical of Wuyang for example to analyze the promotion of circular economy mode to salinity industry.
