The paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as the analytical method. After a series of transition, 11 factors are picked out as main factors influencing the applicability of broadbanding. Finally, a case of a real estate engineering company has been studied in order to verify the factors and their weights. The data from the company proves the validity of the factors and their weights. The main innovation of this paper is that combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper uses the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to fix out the weights of all the factors and fulfills a case study to testify the factors and weights.
