Since entering the 21st century, with the changing market environment, the competition among enterprises has been gradually transformed into the competition among supply chains. Supply chain management has become a hot field of academic research. Because of the structural diversity, uncertainty, and the multilevel nature of the supply chain system and the complexity and uncertainty of behavior management, the supply chain system become complexity and uncertainty. How to deal with conflict in the supply chain management, to collaborate with each other and to overcome the "bullwhip effect" in the supply chain management process, are the corporation's problems. Therefore, designing the appropriate management mechanism to reduce the conflicts in the supply chain, improve the collaboration among enterprises and enhance the stability of the supply chain is necessary.Based on the integrated use of mechanism design theory, principal agent theory and the theory of complex network, this thesis focuses on the manufacturing supply chain to design the modeling of management mechanism. According to the theoretical research, modeling and empirical analysis, this thesis makes some research on the modeling of corporate decision-making mechanisms, information mechanisms and modeling of incentive and restraint mechanisms. By the use of SPSS, LISREL and other statistical tools, the thesis makes the empirical study on Haier Group, and puts forward some corresponding recommendations. Through the research, the thesis obtains the following conclusions.(1) According to the analysis of the structure and decision-making levels of the supply chain network, the thesis designs the decision-making model of two levels and multi-level and makes some corresponding analysis. When the cost of risk is low, the decision-making power belongs to the non-core business is the best, and when the cost of risk is high, the decision-making power belongs to the core business is optimal. In general, the greater the degree of risk aversion of non-core businesses, the greater the risk costs, so the core business have the higher decision-making power. He imposes some constraints on the lower level enterprises to adjust there decisions so as to achieve the overall profits of supply chain.(2) In the case of information asymmetry, according to the modeling and analysis of the transmission of information in the supply chain, the more the signals from suppliers close to the truth and the more the information is disclosed, the higher value of the service level of the supplier is expected by the core buyers, and thus more conducive to the realization of bilateral cooperation.(3) According to the simulation on information sharing in supply chain with small world networks, random networks and regular network structures by Repast Software, the thesis gets the conclusion that all the companies will share their information at last and the small-world network reaches equilibrium faster than the other two networks structure. So it is needed to make full use of the role of core nodes in supply chain network to avoid its randomness and regularity.(4) After the establishment of the model of explicit incentive mechanism and the Incentives model whose contact contains the performance of the enterprise, and a comparative analysis between them, the thesis gets the conclusion that add the performance of the enterprise to contact will help to reduce the uncertainty in the process of cooperation and the agency costs.(5) By adding reputation mechanism into the incentive mechanism, combined with explicit incentive mechanism to create the dynamic incentive mechanism model. Compared to the single incentive mechanism, under certain circumstances, Pareto improvement can be achieved. It can not only increase the intensity of incentives, but also play a good binding effect.(6) By using SEM to establish the model of the cooperation value of supply chain, and analyzing the factors that influence the cooperation value of supply chain, the thesis gets the way that how the price risk, supply risk, product characteristics, integrity and other factors affect the performance of the enterprise. This provides some specific recommendations to the specific corporate decision-making.
