Nowadays, the competition of the global economic integration is becoming stiff. There are 3 steps of the development of business management, which are experience management, scientific management and culture management. Because of the new corporate culture's foundation, many firms are confused and mixing up about it.A specific culture is forming from the heuristic procedure of S Group. But it is still nonstandard, not systematization and imperfect. Meanwhile, there are still many problems of nationalized business existing in S Group. And the current culture can not solve them and not fit for the development.In this essay, the author will state the details, types, structures and functions of corporate culture and how to be acquainted with this culture. S Group is acting as an object of study in this essay. Based on corporate developing history, current status and exiting culture of this corporate and using the principle and particular methods, the author will make a perfect corporate culture system with guidance, maneuverability and strategy incarnate.
