The objective of this thesis is to analyze the corporate culture construction situationof Shouqi Company, to make corresponding re-construction plan, to realize the increase ofenterprise comprehensive competition as well as the economic benefits. To thecharacteristic of this study, the thesis starts from the systematic theory perspective, adoptsmethod of documental analysis, comparative analysis, chart analysis, comprehensiveanalysis and logical induction to make systemic study.Firstly, the thesis points out the background, purpose and significance of study, andmakes relevant statements on current status of corporate culture of domestic and foreignarea, which provides reference basis for further set-up of re-construction frame and plan.Secondly, the thesis set forth the relevant theoretical knowledge on definition,function, structure and identification system of corporate culture, and analyzes the internaland external environment of Shouqin Company from relevant influencing factors, focuseson stating the restrict on enterprise development from limitation of Shouqi Companycorporate culture, and make deeply analysis on corporate culture age-old malpractice leftover by history.Finally, basic frame of Shouqi Company corporate culture re-constructionimplementation has been set up, basic principle and purpose of corporate culturere-construction implementation has been suggested. Detailed measure of Shouqi Companycorporate culture re-construction implementation has been suggested through three aspects:corporate culture conception system, corporate culture behavior recognition system andcorporate culture visual recognition system.
