With the rapid development of Chinese military enterprises and under the situation of integration of the contemporary world economy and culture, the integration between economic and cultural is stronger and stronger. It breaks down the barrier of geography, race, nation, and ideology to emit a lot of energy. Especially in recent years, military corporate culture is a big power for promoting economic development and progress of military enterprises.The paper takes the Third Department of Space Institution as an example to explore the discipline of the changing military corporate culture with the development of society. The military corporate culture plays a more and more important role in the development and results of operation in enterprises. It gets more attention because its role in internal cohesion and external competitiveness of military enterprises.From the beginning of the corporate culture in the Third Department of Space Institution and on the basis of the data analysis of questionnaire, the paper first analyze the status of corporate culture and employee's state of mind around the question of constructing the corporate culture in the Third Department of Space Institution. Then it shows the problem of culture construction in the Third Department and proposed the optimization strategy of corporate culture system construction in the Third Department of Space Institution. At last, the paper discusses the safeguards of implementation of the new corporate culture system.
