A Study On Tourism Development Countermeasure Of Huangshan Based On SWOT Analysis

The countermeasure of regional tourism development, related to the overall and long-term development of tourism, is of practical significance to the rapid, sustained and healthy development of regional tourism. Huangshan City, one of the most unique tourism regions in China, developed dramatically in recent years, showing great potential for tourism development. To take Huangshan City to study the countermeasure of regional tourism development is of help to not only the research of regional tourism development, but also the promotion of tourism in Huangshan City with its practical value to its sustainable and rapid development.With empirical research, this paper sets Huangshan city as the object. Meanwhile, using SWOT analysis tool, this paper analyzes the basic situation, strengths, weakness, opportunities and threat of Huangshan Tourism Development. Therefore, this paper brings forward countermeasures of Huangshan Tourism Development: Strengthening the tourism resource development, creating a Huangshan Tourism Sphere, constructing a Hui Culture Tourism Sphere, staggering the development of tourism resources, strengthening urban infrastructure construction, developing strong all-round tourism marketing, increasing personnel training efforts, narrowing the gap between the peak season and the slack season, integrating into the Yantze Delta Tourism Circle, and so on.
