The Design And Realization Of The Tourism Resources Information System Of The Huangshan City In Anhui Province

In the modern society, along with the improvement of people's living standard, the tourism activity becomes one of the more and more popular behavior. At the same time, the tourists set a higher request to the tourism service quality and management level. The tourism resources information management and the geographical spatial position have the very close relationship. The scenic spot distribution, the servicing facility distribution, the path information and so on are all based on the corresponding geographic coordinate. The geographic information system (GIS) technology based on the computer technology and the information technology, has powerful data processing and spatial analysis function, which provides the ideal platform for the tourism resources information management. So while carrying on the tourism resources information system design, we must make the system to conform to tourist's actual demand to the best of our abilities. Especially, in the multimedia functional design, we must meet the popular need by the image, the vivid expression means. Namely, we should follow the principle taking the tourist as the central. At the same time, the tourism information system has the spatial analysis and the network analysis function, which can help the tourist make decision. In addition, the system must have certain statistical analysis function and the print function. The users can print the data inquired and the tourism resources thematic map and so on.The Huangshan city is one of famous city which has the rich tourism resources. We should mine the potential tourism resources fully and apply the information technology to enhance the tourism management level. Then, it can attract more tourists to bring the economical development and set up the new tourism image of the Huangshan city. According to the actual situation of tourism resources in Huangshan city, from the view of information system management development and the software engineering, the development idea of the tourism resources information system of Huangshan city based on GIS is proposed in this thesis. Taking the comGIS software MapObject as platform, using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to manage data, using high-level programming language Visual Basic 6.0 to program, the Huangshan city tourism resources information system is realized, including the information inquiry function, the spatial analysis function, the network analysis function and the simple statistical forecast function, which can satisfy tourists'information inquiry and analysis need. We hope it can promote the application of geographic information system technology in the tourism and the tourism information construction of the Huangshan city. Therefore, the design goal of this system is, depending on the tourism, the culture, the ecology and the products, four major superiority resources, to provide the assistant decision-making for the establishment of the national first-class tourism, culture and ecological city.
