Competitions' scope, degree and intensity become more and more furious followed by economic globalization and knowledge economy, at the same time, competition for human resource play an important role in multifarious competitions. It is paid much attention to the performance management for the importance in human resources management, although present-day corporations put performance management into practice, the result is not good agreement, therefore scholars and consultative organizations in home and abroad bring forward theirs viewpoints so as to establish the apporpriate performance manage system, however, a majority of them aim at the entire enterprise group and few scholars make rational suggestions to the subsidiary coporation under parent coporation.Dalian beiliang harbor affairs limited corporation affiliated to the Dalian beiliang horbor enterprise group put performance management in force omnidirectionally this year, but the result is in a poor way. This papers primarily design, discuss and redesign the performance management system , based on the performance management's theory.This papers is made up of six chapters, the first is the summary of the performance management theory;the second is the pilot study of the subsidiary corporation performance management system and to present the relation of the parent and subsidiary corporation in law and management system;the third is to diagnose the performance management system of Dalian beiliang harbor affairs limited corporation and point out the disadvantage such as the scantiness of performance management conception, present performance manage demerits, the absence of impartiality performance assessment, the inaccuracy of the performance management responsibility partition, the lack of uniform management, and so on, furthermore put orward the general conception of the performance management system redesign, ulteriorly definite the intention, principle and flow of performance management.The fouth is to establish suitable the performance management system , according to the meets of corporation and the relative knowledge of the performance management. In order to redesign the performancemanagement system of Dalian beiliang harbor affairs limited corporation, the papers set forth eight aspects in turns as follows:the prophase preperation of the performance management system, the enactment of key performance index, the confirmation of index scale and assessment principal part scale, the performance plan, the practice of performance, the assessment of performance, the result of performance. The fifth is to point to the potential problems and relative advertent proceeding in the course of the practice of the performance management. The sixth is conclusion.
