Research On The Livable Construction In The Period Of Transformation In Tiexi District Of Shenyang

With the development of economy and society, the concept of urban development gradually turn to comfortable and pleasant, urban construction is no longer just the pursuit of economic development, but the economic, social and environmental sustainability. For the old industrial base,the variety of economic and environmental issues brought by the transformation more need to use the concept of livable city to solve. Although there are a lot of exploration and research results on the basic concept and evaluation of livable city,construction for the old industrial base is still lack of relevant research, especially during the transformation, so the research of this paper has certain necessity.The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems and countermeasures of Tiexi in Shenyang in the livable construction through the objective evaluation and user investigation in transition of Tiexi,then sum up the specific law in the transition period of the old industrial base. This paper firstly combined with the research and related theoretical basis at home and abroad, evaluate the effectiveness of the livable construction of Tiexi, and establish the evaluation index system including 5 first-level indexes and 24second-level indexes,then make the objective evaluation of the livable construction of Tiexi from 2002 to 2012 ten years from the economic, social wealth the degree of harmony,environment, living convenience and the cultural richness.Using entropy method to calculate each index weight and livable index changes.Secondly, make the subjective evaluation of Tiexi District through the questionnaire survey,and set up the evaluation index system in the questionnaire.Calculate the weight of each index through the statistical results and then use mathematical statistics and satisfaction score formula, come out that the subjective residents satisfaction score.Finally, analysis and summarize the evaluation results,and come out the existing problems and Countermeasures of the livable construction in the period of transformation of Tiexi.
