Study On The Countermeasures Of Cconomic Cooperation Development During Underdeveloped Areas

Today, with the economic globalization, collaboration and combination has become the main forms of driving economic development. It has become a widely used measure by international & domestic advanced areas to develop the economy that to strengthen regional economic cooperation and combination. It has a positive role in promotion of the region's rapid economic development. But in underdeveloped areas, such as the Wulingshan region where the economy is underdeveloped, although the joint development of the regional economy had some practice, but it has not made substantial progress, and has not fundamentally changed the present situation that the space of economic development is small, their own way in the region, and self-service, self-cycle and economy stagnancy. Therefore, this paper regards Wulingshan Region as the research subject, in an attempt to explore a short cut to strengthen regional economic cooperation, so that the people of Wuling mountainous will be well-off poverty as soon as possible, as well as providing references for driving the economic development in other less-developed regions.This paper using the method such as research and literature research, according to the statistics and related information about the socio-economic development of Wuling Shan region, makes an analysis on the region's history and economic and social development conditions; according to the relevant theory of regional economics and geography economics, this paper analyzes Wulingshan Region's foundation and current situation of economic development. Based on this and combinated with theoretical guidance, the author advances establishment of Wuling Shan co-economic area concept, and proposes suggestion and measures for the establishment of economic cooperation in the Wulingshan Region with points.In this paper, the first part brings up the background, meaning and purpose of this thesis, and reviewed the relevant research results at home and abroad. The second part major makes research and analysis on Wuling Mountain's current states, explaining the reason for this article sets out to Wuling Mountain as a whole research. The third part by analysising on the regional economics, geography and economics theory, paves the theory way for looking for the theoretical foundation of the establishment of Wuling Shan co-economic area. The fourth part points the necessity and viability for establishing Wuling Shan co-economic area from the international and domestic development and economic development, as well as the development status of Wuling Shan area. Part V discusses the policies and measures taken to establish Wuling Shan co-economic area, from the construction of the policy environment, resources, industrial layout adjustment, and other aspects, and prospects the future prospects of Wuling Shan co-economic area. The last part is the search conclusion of the whole paper, hoping that this paper can play a forward role, so that more people will care about Wuling Shan economic development, as well as providing references for the economic development in other less-developed regions.
