Mechanism Underdeveloped Areas Scientific And Economic Leap Development

This article refers to the great-leap-forward which is the coordinated interaction of underdeveloped region development with the technology economy factors, it is a way that reaching beyond the development stage of system or development beyond the development level of the existing developed areas with an advantage in a certain period of time. It will have malpractices only using the drawbacks of the great-leap-forward development in the economic aspects, because every region has its historical and cultural background. It can only solve the economic problems with the help of foreign advanced technology and management mode, we should solve problems that how to compromises the history, culture and customs of local integration into the economic development. Therefore, the striding development is a system concept, we should consider the various factors such as the economy, society, science and technology, history, politics, culture, system, customs, national psychology, geographical environment and social science in underdeveloped areas, we can not simply apply mechanically a set of theories and methods of the western mainstream economics. The great-leap-forward development is a spiral structure, and it cannot accomplish at one stroke, also cannot place, but step by step, waiting for an opportunity to mature time, steadily a big step forward, not only in technology and economy aspects, and it is a full range of whole span. In this paper, the writer proposed the solutions of great-leap-forward development according to the actual situation of underdeveloped areas and discussed its operating mechanism.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, introduces the great-leap-forward development background in the less technology developed economic regions, domestic and foreign research and the innovation of the thesis; the second part is the meaning and theories of the great-leap-forward development, mainly introduces the importance、possibility and reality of the great-leap-forward development; the third part introduces the problems and opportunities facing the development, and provides that the relevant practice; the fourth part of the article is the way of the great-leap-forward development, people should choose the direction of industrial development according to the characteristics of their endowment, economic development and build their cores which is part of government and market roles; in the last part, this paper introduces the main idea----mechanism of great-leap-forward development, it analyses the economy as the power factor of the whole system how to run the economy of science and technology, and how to interact and other elements in the system from the beginning of the great-leap-forward development of formal analysis to the whole system development and its internal elements of science and technology,...
