With the knowledge economy coming, HR is becoming more and moreimportant in the existence and development of the enterprise. According to theobjective law,the development of the enterprise must make HR’ s supply in keepingwith its strategic development,the human resource management strategy must bekeeping with the company’s strategy. But on the contracy,the operation of theenterprise practisely dose not comply. However, the human resource management inChinese enterprises still lags behind. Many enterprises merely have a very vague ideaof what the Human Resource Management means. They don’t even have a separateHuman Resource Section, which prevents them from adapting to the drasticcompetition in the market following the reform of the state-owned enterprises.Therefore, it is urgent that to do research of human resource management of theenterprises, and find the solutions of HR problems for the enterprises.Changchun WH real estate company as a developing real estate company isfacing challenges and opportunities. In order to challenge the fierce competition inthe real estate industry, WH company has made its business strategy,"to become oneof the top Changchun real estate development companies in three years time,and tobecome one of the most famous real estate company of the Jilin province in five yearstime."But WH company is facing human resource management problems, that is, itshuman resource management practices being not related to the strategic direction ofthe business, so they do not contribute to achieve the company’s business goals andhelp to improve the company’s development. This article for many management shortcomings of WH company, such as family management、 the highly stafflosing rate and low level of human resource management. This paper research thehuman resource problems from seven aspects: the constructions of staff、 theresponsibility of position、 the satisfaction of staff、 performance management,remuneration, training, management.the research collected the human resourceinformation and the data of questionnaire. For the conclusion of the research, thispaper give the countermeasures.WH company’s human resource management is still at traditional personnelperiod, the company’s leaders pay little attention to the human resourcemanagement, the position of the human resource department is very low, the staffs ofthis department are family person and unprofessional. There is no scientific andreasonable human resource system to the company, and no human resource plan. Forall human resource problems of the WH company,the paper give somecountermeasures from four aspects. Firstly, the company’s leaders should pay moreattention to their human resource management, should realize that is very importantto their company development. They should increase the position of the humanresource department and enhance the profession of the staff. Based on the strategy ofcompany, the leaders should make human resource plan and make completelymanagement system. The company should from four aspects to improve theirrecruitment, performance management, remuneration and training management. Onlyafter that, the company will set up the suitable human resource management system.Hoping this research can give other private-owned enterprise some enlighten.
