Human is the most valuable resource in modern society. The competition between thecompanies is the competition among the human resources of these companies. Performanceassessment which is the key of the human resources management always been done to madepeople work well and made the company successful by Improve their performance and taptheir potential.The real estate market of China was more and more brisker from the reform and open.Especially in recent10years, The real estate market profits attracted many companies to enter.Some strange things began to appear: Some companies who have engaged in Homeappliances turn to real estate market, and Some companies who have engaged in computer oragriculture are the same. In order to limit the excessive growth of the house prices, ourcountry has issued a series of policies from2008, it make the real estate market bleaker. Butmany companies maintain a good level of profitability due to change the business strategy,adjust the personnel structure and improve work efficiency in time. However, The S RealEstate Company who has strong background of state-owned enterprises don`t have profit atany time. What is constraining the development of S Real Estate Company?This thesis study S Real Estate Company`s past and present human resource performanceassessment base on my practice, With this thesis we find S Real Estate Company`sperformance appraisal methods are unscientific, the results of performance appraisal can`t befeedback and application, performance evaluation system is not perfect and the staff can notreflect the real level of performance. In view of the existing problems, we will advance S RealEstate Company`s performance assessment of human resource by design performanceappraisal methods, perfect performance evaluation system and improve staff`s organizationalperformance level.
