Study On Coordination Operation Pattern And Decision Model Of Related Supply Chain Under Circulation Economy

The circulation economy is a useful way of dealing with the crisis of resources exhaustion and environmental deterioration. Related supply chain has provided an effective method for carrying out circulation economy. But because of complexity and vulnerability of related supply chain, cooperating operation is one of implementation keys. Therefore, this article takes related supply chain's coordination operation as the object of study. It's operation pattern and optimization of cooperation decision for related supply chain are discussed.Firstly, according to the concept of the related supply chain, the related supply chain's characteristics and the agent of related supply chain's coordination operation are analyzed and a pattern for the coordination operation of related supply chain is proposed. The architecture of related supply chain's coordination operation is built, which is composed of the coordination goal, the coordination duty, the support technology and the supported platform. The market information collection, the formulation of coordination productive plan, the coordination production process and the process to carry on for the market' shift are also described.Secondly, a related supply chain's cooperation decision model is established as well. In this model, related supply chain's cooperation decision-making question is studied by quantitative analysis under three different supply and demand conditions. The cooperation space of system profit and main product output are given through comparing the integrated decision-making with the independent decision-makingFinally, in order to provide a good external environment condition for the implementation of related supply chain, suggestion about construction of ecological idea, government policy, environmental laws and regulations and green technology are proposed. Meanwhile, cooperation operation tactics of related supply chain are also proposed in terms of logistics, information flow, processing technology of waste and coordination mechanism of related supply chain.
