Study On The Industrial Development Strategy Of Chengkou County

County economy,a basic unit of national economic system in China, has become more and more active and made great contribution to meet the demand of people from both urban and rural area since the economic reform and opening outside of China. The grand targets about all-round well-off society in first 20 years of this century were put forward by CCP during 16th NCCPC. The development of infra-county economy in future will affect to a large extent the progress on all-round well-off society. Without the modernization of it, there is no modernization of the national economy. How to develop infra-county economy has been concerned by all levels of governments, especially by many local governments.Chengkou County which lies in the inland mountain is an agricultural county. As a result of different factors, organization system, for example, it hasn't taken away from the situation of"big county in agriculture, small county in industry, poor country in finance." So how to arrange and open the regional resource by opening and administrating efficiently to accelerate the economy, is an essential and urgent problem which must be faced by our government and thirty thousands people in Chengkou county.Industry is the leading section to create the national wealth, and the development of Industry holds the balance to the area even the whole society's development. Strategy for the regional industrial development determines the developing direction, development level and people's material and culture living standards during a specified period. The eleventh"five-year"is the key period to build the well-off society in an all-round ways. So making the eleventh"five-year"plan scientifically has realistic directive significance to Chengkou Country's Industrial development.Through the methods of static, dynamic and sharing analysis and with the basic theory of the country area economic, the paper uses the theories in such multi-disciplines as strategic management and industry economics to analyze the macroscopic environment and its own strength and weakness, and then confirms industrialization stage of Chengkou.
