Research On The Performance Evaluation Of The Core Enterprise In Business Ecosystem

With the further development of the current economic globalization, the business environment has become increasingly open and complex. Original industry boundaries increasingly blurred, the concept of the industry has been unable to accurately describe the environment, so the object of enterprises is becoming under controlled of the internal and external conditions. It is becoming more and more difficult for an enterprise to get profits by itself, the development of the enterprises is expected by the external environment and the impact of related enterprises. Business ecosystem is a new business model with special forces, mobility and sharing function. The system explained the interaction between enterprises in detail, and indicated a future development path for all the enterprises, so the competitions among the enterprises gradually transformed into the competitions between the business ecosystems.The core enterprise of the business ecosystem, which is the hub of the whole system, played an important role to the development and competitions of the whole system,so it is necessary to know its operations for the core enterprise and the whole system. In this regard, we should establish a rational evaluation system in order to know its functions in system, discover the problems and improving them, so that promote its sustainable and healthy development. At present, the theoretical on business ecosystem in China is still in its infancy stage and the performance evaluation system, methods is not yet ripe. So it is necessary to research the system of performances valuations.Based on business ecosystems and corporate performance valuation of specialists and scholars at home and abroad, combining the features of the core enterprise in business system, the article uses the research method integrating comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, normative and empirical analysis, combining statistical, constructed a performance evaluation system form value creation and value sharing. Then value the performances of the Wal-Mart with the method of AHP-FCE, and analyzed the results, so that it can provide basis for our enterprises to build the business ecosystem.
